Detox juice for weight loss

Whether to cleanse the body of excess toxins from time to time, or when we need to reduce some pounds that have accumulated over a period of time, detox juices are a good healthy tool to help us achieve our goal.

The first and most important is to eat right and follow a balanced diet. These juices are a supplement to help our body cleanse and expel all fats that have accumulated.

If we want to have a perfect body on vacation, or have an important event coming up, an excellent idea are the detox juices, which help cleanse the body, removing toxins and are perfect either for a specific diet, or to include them as added to our daily diet. Of course, it is always recommended to consult a health professional before starting any strict diet plan.

Cucumber detox juice

Rich in fiber, recommend drinking in the morning, before breakfast or midmorning to feel satisfied. Facilitates digestion and helps eliminate excess water in the body, celery and cucumber content make it especially allied to the diet.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 celery
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 packet of sweetener
  • 100 ml water

Wash the cucumber, celery and apple. Cut the unpeeled cucumber and celery, put in blender. Apple peel, chop and add to blender. Add the lemon juice, sweetener and water. Blend and drink. It is important to drink the juice immediately after liquefy to avoid losing the properties.

Pineapple and fruit detox

This juice improves digestion. Pineapple is ideal when you want to lose weight because it contains a lot of water and helps to eliminate the fats that we have accumulated.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime
  • Chia seeds
  • 25 ml aloe vera juice
  • ¼ cup of water

Peel the pineapple, apple and lime and liquefy all, add chia sedes and water so that it is not so thick, add aloe vera and drink.

Cucumber water for slimming

Easy to make, a fresh water with nice taste to drinking, throughout the day. It is ideal for reducing fluid retention and helps remove excess fluid accumulated in the body.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime sliced
  • mint leaves
  • water

Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Put in a jar with water and leave in refrigerator overnight, let to the cucumber leave all their properties in water. The next day add mint leaves and sliced lime, will be ready to drink.  Ice can be added.

Fat burning and metabolism accelerator juice

It is especially recommendable when we are on a diet, as cinnamon is a natural metabolism accelerator, like ginger, contains many nutrients and diuretic.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 240 ml of water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 sweetener

Blend all ingredients and drink. It can replace breakfast or snack.

Green pineapple juice

This juice is high in fiber content, and provides multiple benefits.

Ingredients:

2 servings

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 glasses of water
  • ½ aloe leaf
  • 1 lime

Wash cucumber preserving peel, unpeeled apple without seeds. Remove the pineapple peel, cut into small pieces, also cut cucumber and apple and peel the half aloe leaf to keep the center.

Blend everything together with two glasses of water. If necessary, it can be divided into two shakes, using a glass for each. Once ready, we can add another glass of water, and two orange and 1 lime juice as sweeteners. Mix everything and drink.

Diuretic green juice

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 cup of raw spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 parsley
  • Water

Remove the rind of the pineapple, cut into pieces, wash all fruits and vegetables and cut into pieces, squeeze the lime juice or lemon. Blend all ingredients including water. Drinking at the time.

Yellow juice for flat belly

This juice will help us feel lighter and reduce abdominal area measurements.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • ¼ pineapple
  • ½ small papaya
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ aloe leaf
  • 4 cups of water

Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces, remove rind of the papaya and seeds, cut into pieces with celery and separate the aloe leaf center. Mix all ingredients into the blender and drink.

Red juice for weight loss

This juice, cleanse us from inside and make us feel better while we lose weight.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • ¼ papaya with seeds and peel
  • 1 peach or apricot seedless
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • 2 glasses of water

Wash thoroughly the papaya and cut into pieces, with peel and seeds included, cut the peach or apricot, the pre-washed carrots and garlic. Slice the banana and put all the ingredients in a blender, add the juice of a lemon or lime, mix well and will be ready to drink.

Celery juice

You can substitute for breakfast or a snack during the day.

Ingredients:

1 serving

  • 3 stalks celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1/2 lime or lemon
  • 1 cup water

Wash the cucumber and celery, peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Cut the cucumber and celery and mix all the ingredients, along with oats in blender until smooth, add the juice of half a lime or lemon and a glass of water, enjoy it.
