HOW TO USE

1. Weigh and measure yourself before starting the program
and then once a week thereafter to monitor your progress.
 
2. Take shakes continuously without skipping any days.
 
3. Take 2 EVERFIT shakes per day.
We recommend that 1 be taken on an empty stomach and the other to substitute a snack.
 
4. You must drink minimum 8 glasses of water per day.
 
5. Use ONLY WATER to mix the shake in order to not alter the formula.
We recommend cold water.
 
6. Do not take as a substitute for dessert or in addition to a meal.
 
7. Do not combine with any other type dietary supplement
as it may be counterproductive to the effect of the formula.
 
8. Maintain a healthy diet high in protein and vegetables, low in carbohydrates and sugars.
 
9.We suggest to eat 4 to 5 times a day, substituting 2 EVERFIT shakes.
 
10.For best results combine with cardiovascular exercise.
 
11.Do not take any meals within 2 hours of going to sleep.
